Donate through your salary
Payroll giving is the most flexible, tax-efficient way of making regular donations to WRVS. Donating through your salary gives us a regular and reliable income which means we can plan ahead and make sure our services are helping people not only now but in the future.
You can donate whatever you can afford, from as little as £1 a month or more. And it makes good tax sense too! As your donation is taken before tax it means that for every £1 you give, only 78p comes from your salary. If you’re a higher rate tax payer it will only be 60p, the rest is made up from tax so we still receive £1!
How to donate
Speak to your payroll officer, who will be able to tell you if your employer has a payroll giving scheme in place. If they do then all you need to do is fill out our
payroll giving form and return it to us at:
