For runners of all abilities the Adidas Women's 5k Challenge is a five kilometre (three mile) women only fun run held in Hyde Park, London.

Run, jog or walk for WRVS and you will be helping to raise vital funds for WRVS to provide services to help people, particularly older people, enjoy life more in their own homes and communities.

Join the WRVS team and you will get a running vest or t-shirt, a fundraising pack full of helpful training tips and advice as well as all the support we can offer you to make this a really fun and fulfilling day. Everyone who finishes the course also receives a finishers medal, t-shirt and goody bag.
