- Do you have regular access to a computer and the Internet?
- Are you able to regularly post test items within your postcode?
- Are you over 18 years of age?
If you've answered yes to all the above then you could help with official and independent measurement of Royal Mail’s delivery performance by taking part in an on-going postal survey.
The survey is conducted on Royal Mail’s behalf by Research International, an independent company tasked with monitoring the service provided by Royal Mail. To thank you for taking part you’ll receive 12 first class and four large-letter stamps each month and Research International will donate £12.50 every quarter to WRVS for every person completing all survey tasks.
To find out more, log on to https://rmpri.research-int.com/. You’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire - it should only take five minutes - so Research International can assess your eligibility, they’ll notify you in a few days if there are vacancies in your area.
Make sure you select this code - WRVS01 - at the end of the questionnaire, as without it, Research International won’t be able to pay us.
If you are accepted as a panellist, you would be expected to post and receive ‘test’ items, then log the sent and received details using an on-line system. The postage cost for these items is all covered.
Please note: the website refers to a prize draw fund – people using the promotional code WRVS01 will not be eligible for these prize draws as the WRVS donation is taken from the fund.
