Loneliness amongst older people is one of the biggest social and economic issues facing our ageing society.

Four charities; WRVS, Counsel and Care, Age UK Oxfordshire and Independent Age have agreed to develop a coalition against loneliness, called In Good Company a campaign to keep older people connected. Lynne Berry, explains how WRVS would be involved in this exciting initiative.
